Keep your receipt/work-order. Warranty is null and void if you are not able to provide proof of purchase.

Please reference your item number from the receipt/work-order you received at purchase to determine whether you purchased a TK Design, Blue Luster CZ or Sterling Silver Product.

Please reference your item number from the work-order sheet you received at purchase to determine if your purchase qualifies as a Blue Luster CZ Product. Your item number will start with;  INT, LN, LEP (pierced), LEF (french back), LST (studs), CW & LR

To receive a replacement for your Blue Luster CZ product, send the damaged jewelry item, together with a copy of the purchase receipt and $9.95 for shipping and handling (per item) ($14.95 for Canada) to the address below. Should your item no longer be available, an item of similar style and value will be provided. Items received without a money order and purchase receipt will be discarded. Please ship in a padded envelope or small box, properly packaged to avoid loss in transit. We ship replacements anywhere in the US and Canada.

All Sterling Silver products come with a manufacturer UNCONDITIONAL LIFETIME REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATE

Should you wish to return your damaged sterling silver item for replacement, please properly package the item in a padded envelope or small box to avoid loss in transit together with a copy of the purchase receipt and a check for the amount set forth below based on your purchase price excluding tax:

If you paid $75 or less - send $9.95 -- If you paid $76 to $199 - send $19.95 -- If you paid $200 to $499 - send $29.95 -- If you paid $500 or more - send $49.95
